Cabbage Soup
This was good. I had to add an extra quart of liquid (I added it as beef broth) so added a 6 oz can of tomato paste so the tomato flavor wasn't too thin. The cabbage needed to cook for at least 1.5 hours before it was tender enough.
David and Ila both liked it.
